On Sunday October 21st the Albanian Student Association took a field trip to Boston, Massachusetts. On this trip ASA met with Albanian students from Boston University. We also visited St. George Cathedral
which is an Albanian Orthodox Church located in Boston. There, we were greeted by Fr. Artur Liolin who welcomed us into his church community. We learned about the Albanian traditions and customs of culture, religion and history. This was a great experience for everyone and all ASA members left with more knowledge about Albanian culture. For the remainder of the day we took a stroll through the park, ate at Faneuil Hall located at Quincey Market and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We would like to thank the students from Boston University for taking the time to visit with us and giving us a tour of Boston. For anyone that is interested in visiting the St. George Cathedral website, a URL is provided below. Look out for pictures of the ASA group that Fr. Artur Liolin will be posting on their website! http://www.saintgeorgecathedral.com/index.html
