Group Meeting- 11/19/2008 OK EVERYONE!!!
i have the overview of the Conference events that you requested- just to have on record.

There was no meeting this Sunday as we all met up as scheduled and had an Activity Night, where we went bowling. After bowling, we all ordered food and hung out together. These activities were fully sponsored by ASA.

This meeting was rather short. We discussed the issue that the Albanian class is taking too long to start, although we have all emailed Manuela Wagner and given her the information she required. Qesar is meeting with Manuela to check up on the matter and nudge her along. Kaltrina will be checking up on the scholarship, to see if we have received any applications. We briefly mentioned the International Bazaar..

During this meeting we talked about the ASA scholarship. We all decided that it was a better idea to cut down on the scholarship money. We talked about the possibility of having only one or two $500 (or one $750) scholarship rather than 3. We also confirmed that it would be a good idea to award the scholarship at the end of the first semester in order to encourage and ensure that the recipients..
